Free LASIK Exams
We want you to be informed. If you're considering LASIK, it's important that you learn more about the procedure. We encourage you to talk to other LASIK patients, read the material provided on this web site and other on line locations, order brochures and most importantly, attend the next free LASIK seminar presented by Dr. Bennett Chotiner at Memorial Eye Institute. It's easy to sign-up. You may register yourself by filling out the form below or you may phone-in your reservation by calling the LASIK Coordinator at: 657-2020 ext 166 or 1-800-382-2020 if you live outside of Harrisburg.
