Dr. Kowalski performs comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings, and diagnoses and treats a variety of eye conditions. He also provides pre- and post-op care for LASIK patients at Memorial Eye Institute.

Dr. Kowalski received his Doctorate of Optometry and a Bachelor of Visual Sciences from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He is certified by the American Optometric Association.
